Conditions for booking

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. In case you don’t show up for your appointment or make a late cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the full amount for the scan you booked regardless of your reason for cancelling. In case you don’t show up for a NIPT test you will be charged DKK 500.

By booking an appointment you agree that Spire may store information about your name, phone number and e-mail address. Your information can be deleted from the system at any time upon request. Your booking is kept in the external service ‘Terapeut Booking‘. Read the details of our personal data policy here.

If you are late the consultation may be deducted the amount of minutes you are late.

Personal data includes the following types:

Name, e-mail address and phone number. You can request to be deleted from the system at any time. Your data will be automatically deleted after 2 years of inactivity. We do not store healthcare information or CPR number in the booking system.

When you arrive at the clinic we collect some information for use in assessing your baby’s growth and well-being, including information about your pregnancy, your name and your CPR number. For this reason you will be asked to complete a written consent form. CPR and health information are only available to healthcare staff associated with the clinic, are used exclusively for record keeping locally in the clinic and are not passed on to third parties. GP and place of birth are not routinely informed about examination results from Spire. We only pass on information to relevant healthcare personnel when indicated and after a clear agreement with you. We collect this information as we, as authorized healthcare personnel, are obliged to document and record our work.

We use your telephone number and e-mail address for contacting you and transfering images and information from your scan. The information in your pregnancy record is stored for 5 years, according to current legislation, and the scan images for up to 3 months, after which they are deleted. During this period, you can request access to your data and/or deletion of the data that we are not legally obliged to store from our systems at any time. Deletion of data implies that access to record keeping and image material ceases and cannot be recreated. We are legally obliged to store all transactional data, including contact and company information referring to these as well as records for five years.

After visiting the clinic, you will probably receive an invitation to rate us on Trustpilot. It is up to you whether you want to do this and you can unsubscribe from Trustpilot via the link at the bottom of the invitation email. We aim to send out an invitation to all our visitors. If you do not receive an invitation, you are very welcome to review us here.

Ethnicity for nuchal translucency scans (necessary for the risk calculation)

CPR number when you arrive at the clinic

For Panorama Test you must consent to us shipping the samples to the United States (outside of Europe)

For Evita Test Complete, you must consent to us shipping your samples to the clinical genetics department at Skejby Hospital

For Doubletest (nuchal translucency scan) your blood sample is analyzed at Rigshospitalet and you can access the result at sundhed.dk if you have a Danish CPR and access to ‘Sundhedsplatformen’

Trusted third parties that are necessary for booking, invoicing, payment and servicing including blood tests, debt collection and legal entities

Min Spire ApS only collects the personal data that is necessary to deliver our service. Min Spire ApS does not collect and/or purchase personally identifiable information from third parties.

My Spire ApS uses NETS for handling online card transactions and does not store information about payment cards. Please note that when a bill is created invoicing and bank information is stored in accordance with applicable laws in the area, including the Money Laundering and Bookkeeping Act.

Gift certificate
The voucher is issued by e-mail after purchasing online or at the clinic. The voucher is used as payment for the specified number of scans. The voucher’s value is equal to cash and as such has the same risk for you. This means that you are responsible for the whereabouts of the voucher. The voucher can not be exchanged for cash and can only be used to pay for scans at Spire – klinik for graviditetsscanning.

Order & Order Confirmation
Once you have entered your order and completed the payment, you will receive an e-mail with the voucher within 24 hours. It is important that you enter your correct e-mail address in order to receive the voucher. You are bound by the Acceptance Purchase Agreement when you enter your credit card information and accept online payment or pay via netbank. You may request terms of sale and delivery at any time. If you have made an error typing in your contact info please contact us and we will assist you. See conditions for cancellation below.

Payment, Terms & Conditions
You can pay for the voucher with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. Your payment is handled by the Easy Practice / Stripe or Nets. Easy Practice / Stripe / Nets handles all payments and card data and complies with international security standards (the so-called Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, abbreviated PCI DSS). The exchange of information between us and the data processor is encrypted in Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The amount is deducted from your account when you place your order. Once you have entered your order and completed the payment, you will receive an your voucher in an e-mail within 24 hours. There are no shipping costs associated with this.

Prices and VAT
All prices shown are in Danish kroner and include VAT.

Duration
Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Balance is tracked at the clinic.

Cancellation
There is a 14 days Right of Withdrawal counting from the day you receive your voucher. If you regret your purchase, please contact us for a refund. The refund will take place within 30 days. The money will be deposited into your account, therefore we will ask for your bank information.

Use of the voucher
Your voucher represents cash money, and you use it as payment for the specified number of scans. You agree to bear the risk of misuse of the voucher and thus the risk of the loss you suffer if used by someone else without your permission. The same applies to the recipient if you give the voucher to someone else.
